Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of HadBit, a product of LupinSync (LupinSync.tech), a brand of Bhoi Enterprises ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using HadBit you agree to them.
Who can use HadBit
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe.
Your content
You own what you add to HadBit: habits, profile details, photos and links. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the service and according to your privacy settings. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.
Acceptable use
Do not use HadBit to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone; to share illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content; to send spam; to access other people's accounts or data without permission; or to scrape, overload or interfere with the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Health disclaimer
HadBit is a tool for tracking habits. It does not provide medical, fitness, nutritional or psychological advice. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new health or fitness routine.
The service
We work to keep HadBit available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Keep in mind that changes made offline are synced when you are back online.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of HadBit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see our account deletion page). We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will let you know in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use HadBit after that means you accept the updated terms.
